12 Week Weight Loss Challenge with Clubhealthpointe

Clubhealthpointe is very excited about a 12 week weight loss challenge starting 3 June 2013. This is a personalised weight loss eating plan followed for 12 weeks which works on the burning of body fat.

My aim is to help you lose those unwanted kg's and cm's this Winter. I don't want Winter to be an excuse to eat more. In fact, Winter is the best time to lose weight as your metabolism naturally speeds up in order to keep you warm, so there is no more perfect time than now.

My commitment to you, as your personal coach, will be to coach you to your goal weight. I will monitor and guide you to make sure you meet your goal weight.  I will motivate you on a daily basis so we can ensure together that you achieve what you set out to do.  So take up the Challenge now.
